Brass Bridge

The bridge lined with hippo’s. According to legend the hippo’s will flee if the city is in danger of being overrun. A prank by some students replacing the statues had caused some minor panic in town at one point. It is being guarded by the cream of the top of the Nightwatch; sgt Colon. In his words: ‘This bridge is so important I should keep an eye on it. Who knows when it might get stolen.’

This is the second way to cross the river following the first bridge. Because it is very gray in its base colour I decided to use some accents in it. The hippo’s were ment to be brick-built but I then changed them to heads from the Fabuland figures.
