Using the guise of the Supreme Grand Master of the Elucidated Brethren of the Ebon Night, he summoned a Noble dragon to Ankh-Morpork so that his pre-fab “heir to the throne” could appear to destroy it and acquire legitimacy. Wonse would then have been the Klatchian Mist behind the throne.
